It's official - Absolute Value is going paid.

Dear Absolute Value readers,

The time is finally here.

After sharing write-ups on 8 actionable ideas, Absolute Value has now transitioned into a paid model.

In the span of a few short months, the blog has grown dramatically to close to 2,000 free readers. I am grateful to everybody who has been a fan of the work so far; your kind words of encouragement and support have meant a lot to me!

However, in order for me to make this a sustainable pursuit, I have decided to start charging for the service. The yearly fee will start at $300 per year, which I think is a relatively modest fee. Just one good idea should pay for the service many times over.

For paid subscribers, I will aim to share ~10 actionable ideas per year. I think my “fishing” universe, which is mostly global and under-the-radar small caps should be plenty large to keep finding and sharing interesting things.
