Did you include the rent when calculating EPS after the sales leasebacks

did you include the proceeds from the asset sales in the $1 in cash you included in the valuation

Hi Steve, Thanks for the comment. I was trying to keep the math simple and high-level, but you are right that that is the correct approach. If you just assume the HQ gets sold, that's about 8-9c hit to EPS.
